Salar founded Smile a Mile Art after fifteen years of drawing at weddings, galas, campus weeks and trade shows across Greater Vancouver. His day job is senior compositing in film VFX, which is exactly why the caricatures land: the same eye that matches a plate to a CG element reads a face in seconds and knows which two features to push. Expect a calm easel, a line that keeps moving at roughly twelve to fifteen guests an hour, and artwork guests actually take home and frame.
